Delete my account.
This removes your phone number, email, the people you added and any scheduled sends. It cannot be undone.
Sign in first, so we know it is you. Sign in with the phone number on the account, then come back to this page and press the button.
Can’t sign in?
If you no longer have the phone number, email jusa@localhost.co.zw or WhatsApp +263784442662 and tell us the number that was on the account. We will verify it is you and delete it the same day.
What deletion does
- Removes your phone number, email address and sign-in codes.
- Removes every person and scheduled send you set up.
- Closes any organisation you were the only member of and revokes its API keys and webhook.
- Keeps records of past purchases and payments, as tax law requires, with no name or account attached. See the privacy policy for how long.
You can also delete your account inside the Jusa app: scroll to Your account on the home screen and tap Delete account.
