Terms

The deal, in plain words.

You pay us, we deliver airtime or a ZESA token to the number or meter you chose, now or on the day you set. These terms say what each of us can expect.

Effective 6 September 2026 · Applies to jusa.localhost.co.zw and the Jusa app

The service

Jusa and localhost are trading names of Superdarkcode Labs (Private) Limited, a company registered in Zimbabwe and based in Harare (“we”, “us”). We are a reseller: we buy airtime, data bundles and ZESA prepaid electricity from a licensed supplier and deliver them to the phone number or meter number you give us. We are not a mobile network, we are not ZETDC, and we are not a bank.

By using the website or the app you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Jusa.

Wrong numbers and meters

Check the number before you pay. Airtime sent to a wrong number cannot be recalled by us or by the network. For ZESA we show you the account name on the meter before Pay becomes available, and we refuse meters ZETDC does not recognise, but a valid meter that belongs to someone else will be credited to that meter.

Scheduled sends

Teams, API and campaigns

Organisations may be issued API keys, bulk sending and reward campaigns. The organisation is responsible for every send made with its keys, for keeping keys secret, and for having the right to contact the people it sends to. Campaign payouts to survey respondents are the organisation’s offer to those respondents; we deliver them.

What you may not do

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things, and keep enough records to deal with the consequences.

Our responsibility

We will deliver what you paid for, or refund you as set out above. That is the extent of our liability for a purchase: our total liability to you for any purchase is the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses caused by the mobile networks, ZETDC, Pesepay or your own mistakes in a number or meter, nor for indirect losses such as lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending things

You can stop using Jusa and delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account for breaking these terms, for suspected fraud, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will refund any wallet balance to a payment method in your name.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe and the courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction. Before going to court, talk to us: most problems are a reference number and a few messages away from being solved. jusa@localhost.co.zw · WhatsApp +263784442662.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; material changes will be announced before they take effect.
